PhenOlives was born from a shared mission within Innovalley, an innovation hub nestled in Israel’s Valley of Springs. Several years ago, alongside our sister company, the Assi Olive Oil Mill, we faced a challenge that affects the entire olive oil industry: the overwhelming volume of waste left behind after pressing olives.

PhenOlives’ patented Total Solution Impact (TSI) system seamlessly integrates within an existing olive mill infrastructure, efficiently capturing and processing the mill’s wastewater and pomace. This continuous process breaks down all olive mill byproduct types into their core components, unlocking new opportunities for sustainability and profitability.
