Olive Flour Birthday Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 180 ml Vegetable oil
  • 4 units Eggs (Medium)
  • 200g Sour cream (15% fat)
  • 200g White granulated sugar
  • 4g Baking powder
  • 140g Sweetened Cocoa powder mix
  • 95 g All-purpose flour
  • 55g Olive flour

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C with Turbo.
  2. Mix in a bowl: oil, sugar, eggs, and sour cream.
  3. Add cocoa, flour, and baking powder to the bowl and mix well.
  4. Pour the mix into large pan or small cupcake pans. Grease the pans with melted butter or oil before pouring the mix.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 30minutes (large pan) or 20 minutes (small cupcakes) or until a skewer inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
  6. Set aside for cooling.
  7. Prepare the chocolate cream – 100g heavy cream heat in microwave and pour on 100g melted chocolate – mix and pour on the cake. let it set and completely cool.
  8. Add sugar sprinkles (optional).
