Olive flour Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

  • 160 ml Vegetable oil
  • 200g + 50g Dark chocolate
  • 5g Instant coffee
  • 10ml Brandy
  • 3 units Eggs (Medium)
  • 175g White granulated sugar
  • 2g Salt
  • 20g Corn starch
  • 35g Almond flour
  • 65g Olive flour

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C with Turbo.
  2. Put oil and 200g dark chocolate in a glass bowl and melt in microwave in pulses until fully melted.
  3. Add instant coffee and mix.
  4. Add brandy.
  5. In a separated bowl mix eggs, sugar, and salt. Then combine with the chocolate and mix.
  6. Dry mix the corn starch with almond flour (and olive flour).
  7. Add dry ingredients into the batter and mix just until no lumps of flour can be seen (do not over mix).
  8. Add 50g chopped chocolate.
  9. Pour the mix into a pan with baking paper.
  10. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the center of the cake comes out a little moist.
  11. Set aside until completely cooled (in the refrigerator)
  12. Cut and serve.
