Chen holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and has over a decade of experience in product management, supply chain, procurement, and business development. With a strong background in the food, ecology, and environmental sectors, he has led teams, processes, and systems across various markets. Chen also serves as a director of business management in a cooperative society and is involved in innovation and sustainability initiatives.

Revital Mashal

Food Technologist

With nearly 20 years of experience in the food industry, specifically in the field of food supplements, Revital has a strong background in systems management for development, technological leadership, developing new food applications, operations, supply chain, production, and quality in the food industry.

Renana Moshkovitz

Project Manager

Renana is a project manager specializing in sustainability-driven innovation and funding strategies. She holds a law degree and has a background in public policy and environmental entrepreneurship. At PhenOlives, Renana leads multidisciplinary projects that bridge scientific research with business development, contributing to the company’s mission of developing scalable, climate-resilient solutions based on agricultural byproducts.

Len Pader

CFO & Investor Relations

With experience as CFO and VP of Business Development in several cleantech and medtech startups, Len has a proven track record. Both of his previous companies were successfully acquired. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and German literature from Brandeis University, USA, and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Dr. Christina Lagaki

Commercial Director

Holding an MBA from the United States and an honorary doctorate from the Agricultural University of Athens, Dr. Lagaki has extensive professional experience in the field of business strategy in international companies, with a specialization in management and strategic direction promoting innovation in agriculture. She served as President and CEO of Corteva Agriscience Hellas, as well as Chairman and CEO of PIONEER HI-BRED HELLAS. She has made significant contributions to promoting technological innovation in Greek agriculture. Currently, as a partner at PhenOlives, she is dedicated to advancing the venture and building relationships with universities, research institutes, government agencies, and key stakeholders in Greece.
